Javvad Syed is a LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach and Industrial and Systems Engineer with over 10 years of experience in leadership, continuous improvement, and operations.

Javvad works with organizations to develop and execute their strategy, optimize operations, and coach leaders.

We’ve all heard, “If you’re not measuring, you’re not managing.” Javvad specializes in tying analytics to psychology. He uses analytics and coaching to facilitate behavior modification to create alignment and execute the organization’s strategy.

Javvad has collaborated with different groups to develop KPI’s and metrics, create effective departmental and employee goals, drive improvements using analytics, and educate and train employees on KPI’s and their impact on the organization.

Javvad has a passion for driving positive change, growing and scaling businesses, and helping people reach and push their highest potential.

Javvad holds a dual Bachelors Degree from the University of San Diego in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Liberal Arts, and has a Strategy Management Certification from Harvard. He has the following trainings and certifications:
